Through the usual water portal he arrived, a certain phantom familiarity coming to him upon seeing Phil's house. Even though he hadn't really been raised there...
Damn these viruses! he broke away from the first chain of thought. They mess with your head and body. If I ever find out who's causing these..!
As Darc looked around, he couldn't help but be conscious of the weight of his new assets. There was a simple red cloth bound around his chest. It was crude, but it covered, though it did little in the way of support; he could feel a jiggling bounce with every step. That same bounce hit him once again as he began to walk toward the door of Phil's home. The king stopped upon remembering his friend's condition, and figured that going in the front would be pointless.
Then what should he hear but the sounds of loud splashing. The beach...that makes more sense.
He turned and began down the path to the beach. Just as it was coming into view, he called out "Phil! Is that you?"
Oh yes, he had almost forgotten how much he hated the sound of his new voice too.

Darc's voice trailed off as he looked down at himself, still uncomfortable and very confused.

Date: 2008-10-03 03:43 am (UTC)Darc shook his head at the following question. "I don't even know what that means."

"The Mime," she said simply, sounding, perhaps, just a little smug.

If they really can do something like that Mime thing, then maybe the Drakyr could too," said Darc, contemplating the idea but not really believing it. As the king spoke, he imagined the claws and tips of his fingers becoming see-through in his mind's eye.

Date: 2008-10-05 05:36 pm (UTC)Darc paused then, thinking about another thing he had been curious about; something Jack Frost had mentioned about their condition. "There's something I want to find out about before I look into that. Seeing as you're really a girl, you probably know more about this sort of thing. What's a bra? Jack said it's supposed to help with..."
He trailed off then, glancing down at his newly developed bust.

After all, it wasn't his fault he was stuck that way, and given the, ah, magnitude of his assets, it would be vital information. Certainly she could be professional about helping about a friend. "It's, ah, an article of clothing designed for...support. Sort of two cups and a band, and shoulder straps, generally."

Date: 2008-10-09 03:45 pm (UTC)"I must admit, I am starting to get tired of this," she said, draconic voice about as soft as she could make it. "I didn't mind so much before, when we had so much to learn, but it's been so long..."

Date: 2008-10-12 04:34 pm (UTC)"Too small? Are mine too big or something?" Darc tried to size them up visually. He guessed they were about as big as Camellia's. Then again, he never saw Camellia wearing a bra.
"If I knew how to undo your virus, I would..." he said to her sadly. "This doesn't seem like something Coleopt Froth or any magic I know can fix..."
